Teach valuation from a shared starting point.
Give every student the same baseline valuation report and working Excel model—so class time goes toward debating assumptions, not building templates from scratch.

A shared starting point
Give students a rigorous base case to dissect and challenge.
For any supported public company, Damodaran Bot selects an appropriate valuation framework based on Aswath Damodaran’s methodology and lays out every assumption driving the implied value.
What every student gets
Every student works from the same written report, spreadsheet model, and sensitivity analysis.
Valuation report
A full PDF report covering the business narrative, valuation framework, key assumptions, and implied share price.
Editable Excel model
A multi-sheet workbook with live formulas and editable inputs, so students can modify any assumption and see how the valuation changes.
Sensitivity analysis
Tornado charts and scenario tables showing which drivers move the implied share price the most.
Report chat
Students can ask questions directly against the report and model.
Grounded in the report’s findings, valuation outputs, and sensitivity tables, report chat helps students explore how specific assumptions drive the valuation—without giving buy or sell recommendations.
You
Which assumption has the biggest effect on the valuation?
Damodaran Bot
The medium-term revenue growth assumption for years 2–5 has the biggest tested effect. Across the report’s lower, base, and higher cases, estimated value moves from $31.99 to $44.23 to $55.59 per share, a $23.60 spread.
Mature operating margin is next, with a $20.22 spread from $34.65 to $54.86 per share. These two inputs dominate because SpaceX’s AI and Starship scaling in years 2–5 and the combined business’s long-run margin are both highly uncertain and highly consequential.
Example based on Damodaran Bot’s public SpaceX report, June 2026.

Pick your case-study companies, share the reports with your roster, and let students stress-test the numbers.
Choose the companies
Select the public companies you want to cover in your syllabus and generate a valuation for each—giving your class a consistent baseline to compare across companies.
Share the reports
Invite students by email or share a link so everyone can view the report and download their own copy of the Excel model.
Test the assumptions
Students can interrogate the analysis in report chat, challenge the base-case inputs, and adjust the spreadsheet to build their own view.
